This is the website of the restaurant Kaze Sushi.

Menu and prices
- Prices are in euros and include VAT at the current rate.
- The menu, prices and availability may change without notice. The price shown when you order applies.
- Photographs are for illustration only.
- Allergen information follows Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011. If you have an allergy or intolerance, talk to us before you order.
Bookings
A booking request made on the website is subject to confirmation by the restaurant, unless the website says the booking is confirmed.
If you cannot come, let us know as early as possible so we can give the table to someone else.
Pick-up orders
An order placed on the website is a request to the restaurant and is paid at the restaurant when you pick it up.
If the order cannot be prepared, we will contact you to change or cancel it.
Because these are meals prepared for a set day and time, the right of withdrawal does not apply (Portuguese Decree-Law No 24/2014, Article 17).
Complaints and disputes
The restaurant has a Complaints Book, on paper at the premises and online at www.livroreclamacoes.pt
In a consumer dispute, you can turn to an alternative consumer dispute resolution body. The list of these bodies is on the Portuguese Consumer Portal: www.consumidor.gov.pt
These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
My account
You can create a free account to keep your bookings and orders. You sign in with a code sent to your email, or with Google or Facebook; there is no password.
The account is provided by Martins & Moscoso Lda (M&M Lda), through the Mesato platform, and is the same at every restaurant that uses it. Each restaurant remains responsible for its bookings and orders.
Use the account only for yourself and keep access to your email secure. We may suspend an account used for abuse, such as fake bookings.
You can stop using the account and ask us to delete it at any time at hello@mesato.pt.
